Recent Major Deals:
In April 2008, we successfully closed a Php 300 Million
Dollar Denominated Term Loan for Lapanday Foods Corporation (LFC), a Philippine
company involved in exporting Philippine Fruits. Later on, in February
2009, we closed the second tranche of the loan, another Php 300 Million
Peso Denominated Term Loan for LFC. We also were participating underwriters
in the different debt offerings such as SM Investment Corp. and Philippine
Long Distance Telephone (PLDT).
